PAYMENT METHODS:
Payment in advance by invoice: Choose your items, indicate your delivery and billing address. Once you have confirmed your order, you will receive an invoice and our bank details by e-mail. As soon as we receive your payment, we will send you your package with your goods, which will have been set aside at the time of your order (for a period of 10 days).
Payment by credit card: Visa, MasterCard, Paypal, ApplePay, GooglePay and TWINT: Choose your items, indicate your delivery and billing address. Once you have confirmed your order, you will be redirected to a secure payment page. The amount of your order will be debited when you confirm your order. After payment confirmation, it is important to wait for the return to our site for the order to be validated.

SHIPPING COSTS:
For shipments within Switzerland, transport costs are free for orders of 100 CHF or more of material via PostPac Priority (except for exceptions indicated on the product concerned). All deliveries are made by post. The estimation of transport costs can be made during your order under "delivery estimate" from your basket. Be careful to check your details before validating your order, as the costs of reshipping your package will be borne by you.
DELIVERY TIMES:
For shipments within Switzerland: Your order follows the normal preparation cycle by our shipping department, then it is dispatched by post via normal or priority mail, depending on your selection.
For shipments outside Switzerland: Your order follows the normal preparation cycle by our shipping department, then it is dispatched by post (on average 5 to 20 working days depending on the country). Delivery times are always given for informational purposes only. Exceeding them cannot justify the cancellation of your order without our prior agreement.
RETURNS AND CLAIMS:
You have a period of 15 days from the receipt of your order to send us your claims by letter, e-mail, or telephone.
Attention: Any product return must be subject to a prior agreement from us. We will assign you a return number that you must include on the package, otherwise, it will be refused upon receipt.
Returns must be made in their original packaging, complete (accessories, instructions, etc.), in perfect condition, accompanied by a copy of the invoice. Items returned incomplete, damaged, or soiled by the customer will not be accepted. In particular, for safety reasons, we never exchange or take back the following: an aerial fabric; a kite that has been flown; fire juggling equipment that has been used; a gym ball that has been inflated even once. We never take back magic tricks, because the price also includes a portion for the secret that is revealed!
Return shipping costs remain the responsibility of the buyer.
Any return accepted by our customer service will result in the creation of a credit on the online store in favour of the buyer after qualitative verification of the returned products. Only the price of the returned product(s) will be credited. Shipping and delivery costs will remain your responsibility.
Special case: if the initial amount of your order entitled you to free shipping, two cases may arise: (1) the value of the returned items causes the amount of your order to fall below the free shipping threshold. We will credit you the value of the returned items, after deduction of the shipping costs that were initially offered to you. (2) the value of the returned items does not cause the amount of your order to fall below the free shipping threshold. We will credit you the value of the returned items.
PARTIAL DELIVERY:
Unless explicitly requested by you or due to the state of our stock, orders are generally delivered complete. If, at the time of your order, an item ordered is not available, we may be able to send your order in several packages.

Never practice indoors or in an excessively dry location.
Never juggle with fire alone.
Wear clothing that is difficult to ignite (e.g., jeans, cotton).
Cover your hair.
Pay attention to your surroundings (straw, paper, fuel, etc.).
Maintain a safe distance from your audience (min: 5 meters).
Always have something prepared to "extinguish" yourself if things go wrong (water, extinguisher, blanket, etc.).
Drain the Kevlar well before lighting it.
Check that you do not have fuel on your clothes.
Always check your equipment.
Practice tricks that you have mastered.
Pay attention to the wind direction and children.
And in all cases: use common sense whatever the occasion.
For kites and traction sports:
Choose a clear and safe location.
Stay away from all power lines, telephone lines, and other cables.
Do not practice near trees, houses, roads or traffic lanes, signal poles, cliffs.
Do not fly your apparatus over people.
Do not practice near aerodromes and airports, power plants.
Take meteorological conditions into account and in particular, do not practice during stormy weather, strong winds, or days with strong wind variations.
Respect the material's conditions of use.
Choose a kite whose traction is adapted to the meteorological conditions and the pilot's build.
Make good use of the safety accessories recommended by the manufacturer.
And in all cases: use common sense whatever the occasion.
THE GUARANTEE:
All our items are guaranteed (variable duration depending on the product).
The guarantees do not cover:
the replacement of consumables (batteries, bulbs, etc.).
abnormal or non-conforming use of the products.
defects and their consequences due to the intervention of an external repairer outside our shop.
defects and their consequences related to use that is not compliant with the purpose for which the product is intended (not provided for by the manufacturer).
defects and their consequences related to any external cause.
